Done, founded by Dmytro Rivkin and Anton Skorobogatov, operates under the guise of an alternative to bank lending. Hryvnias are received through Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and related investment structures, the importer is then financed, currency is purchased, and the payment is transferred to the Swiss Done Switzerland AG.
In 2025, SCF issued UAH 180 million worth of bonds. As of early 2026, 70% of the company was owned by Rivkin and 30% by the KASL fund, formerly known as DANN GRUPP. LLC DANN UKRAINE operates within the same structure.
The Swiss company CHE-363.272.422 was registered in 2020 as Alltag und Gerätetechnik and later became Done Switzerland AG. Rivkin was a shareholder and later chairman of the board of directors with individual signing authority. During its conversion into an AG, the company reported CHF 30.33 million in assets and CHF 27.77 million in liabilities.
Cryptocurrency was then contributed to the capital: 504,376 USDT, 504,415 USDT, and 511,512 USDT — a total of 1,520,303 USDT. New shares were issued against these contributions, increasing the capital from CHF 520,000 to CHF 1.75 million. The available documents do not disclose who contributed the more than 1.52 million USDT or who received the shares issued against them.
The import mechanism described in the materials provided is straightforward: the financial company raises hryvnias from the market, transfers them with the stated purpose of “financing the importer,” the importer purchases foreign currency and transfers it to Swiss Done Switzerland. The Swiss company can not only trade equipment, cars, grain, metals, and other goods, but also finance transactions, process payments, and provide guarantees to third parties.
The export side runs through the Polish company KOOPERANT EUROPEJSKI sp. z o.o., with a share capital of just PLN 10,000. The company purchases raw materials and construction equipment in Ukraine and exports them to Poland. Also appearing in the chain are Globinex (45659982), Motoroz Parts Ukraine (44306976), Komodity (43888250), Hamptons Trade (44536061), and TBS (44099159).
The owners of KOOPERANT EUROPEJSKI have changed over time: Valeriia Musaieva, Kateryna Kornieva, and Ella Traiduk. The materials provided link these Ukrainian companies to high tax risk and litigation, while employees of the Kyiv office of the State Tax Service are alleged to have provided cover for them. Claims of improper benefits to tax officials and judges require confirmation through specific case materials.
The bank channel for currency transactions identified in the materials is Crystalbank. Its CEO, Leonid Hrebinskyi, simultaneously owns nearly 25% of the bank, Oksana Hrebinska owns 25%, and Maryna Leninh owns 50%. According to the data provided, other banks refused to process the transactions because of questions concerning the relationship between the resident and non-resident entities, while Crystalbank continued servicing them.
Yevhen Sydoruk is responsible for financial monitoring and, according to the materials, failed to obtain regulatory approval. There is no public NBU or court decision in the available data establishing that Done’s transactions through Crystalbank were unlawful.
Another separate issue concerns VAT. According to the data provided, when goods are imported from the Swiss company, a VAT tax credit is generated. After the goods are sold, this VAT is used in subsequent transactions, including the alleged sale of tax credits on the shadow market. At the same time, questions arise regarding the approval of VAT tables by the State Tax Service, after which companies gain the ability to conduct transactions involving other categories of goods. This part requires tax invoices and the complete chain of counterparties.
SCF and KASL provide hryvnia financing, DANN UKRAINE operates within the same business structure, and importers purchase foreign currency and settle payments with Done Switzerland AG. KOOPERANT EUROPEJSKI operates through Poland, alongside Globinex, Motoroz Parts Ukraine, Komodity, Hamptons Trade, and TBS.
The banking channel identified in the materials is Crystalbank, while VAT tax credits arise during imports. The origin of the 1.52 million USDT, the owners of the Swiss shares issued against them, the volume of Done Switzerland’s foreign-currency payments, and the subsequent movement of VAT tax credits belonging to Ukrainian importers remain undisclosed.
